Yes, hasn’t it been wonderful. I love spring. . . the feeling that finally we can chuck the winter coats and boots and take out the sunglasses. And I understand about the food palate expansion thing. I’m very much not a vegetarian, but I’ve found that since living with a vegetarian who is now one of my best friends, my food palate has also expanded. I’m cooking with things on a regular basis that I never would’ve thought of before and exploring foods that never occured to me. Only I have the added advantage that I don’t have to worry about whether or not the food I eat has animal parts in it. =P
