I’m thinking of making a batch of kombucha when the house’s current batch of wine is done. Do any of you have any experience with making it?

  1. I make kombucha. Much easier than wine, I’m guessing.

  2. Wine is not that hard to make at the level I do it at. Lots of cleaning, stirring and waiting take up most of the process.

  3. Kombucha is all of that minus the stirring. 😉
