Near my home province of Nova Scotia is Prince Edward Island. P.E.I. is a small province, but it has produced an oversized music output for many years. This is a collection of music from some of my favourite artists from P.E.I. This mix collects songs from Pat Deighan, Meaghan Blanchard, Strawberry, Eyes For Telescopes, Tuesdays, Tim Chaisson & Morning Fold, Amelia Curran, Dan Currie, The Robots, Catherine MacLellan and Al Tuck.
Many of these artists are released through Sandbar Music Group, and I recommend supporting them through the very reasonably priced digital downloads. There are also free sampler albums from Sandbar that introduce more island artists.
