- 1 foot-long loaf of garlic bread
- 1/2 medium tomato
- 1/2 avocado
- Daiya cheddar style shreds or similar vegan cheese
- vegan sour cream
- Cut the bread lengthwise to make it sandwich-ready.
- Spread sour cream on the bread.
- Add a layer of cheese.
- Cut avocado into slices and layer.
- Top with sliced tomato.
- Place in an oven heated to 400 F and bake for about 7 minutes.
