This month Lightspeed Magazine is doing a “Women Destroy Science Fiction” issue, packed with excellent science fiction short stories. “Each to Each” by Seanan McGuire is a standout. Gender, mermaids, and undersea biology are explored in a very engaging story. It’s available as text and an audio narration by Janis Ian. Check out all the great stories, but definitely don’t miss this one.
