For the past three weeks I’ve been using a Jawbone Up24 (http://jawbone.com/store/buy/up24#medium_onyx) to track my activities and sleep. It has been the best activity tracker I’ve used (and I’ve had apps and trackers for a long while) and has given a lot of great feedback. I am sleeping better and taking more steps each day.
