This morning I ran in the Maritime Race Weekend (http://www.maritimeraceweekend.com/) Coastal 5K. I was extremely happy with the experience and had my best run so far.
I kept a pace of 4:40 / km, with an overall time of 23:17. I was 12th overall and first in my category of males 30-39.
I started running in December and I’m thrilled with the progress I’ve made.
I was running today with my friend Matt and my sister Ilea was there with a sign to cheer me on.
In October I’ll run another 5K, this time with Ilea at the Valley Harvest Marathon (http://www.valleyharvestmarathon.com/).
