Eleven issues in, Silk (http://marvel.com/comics/series/20499/silk_2015_-_present) is established as one of the strongest parts of the Spider-Man orbit of the Marvel universe. It has ties to Spider-Man and beyond, but it isn’t hindered by that. The series is fun, accessible and fresh.

  1. Bill Bagworth that’s​ about the best way to explain how Silk has spinnerets out of her fingertips instead of making them a la webshooters like Spider-Man. Every other answer would be convoluted & make no logical sense. Then again it’s comic books & they don’t have to follow either.
