For 2020 I decided to set an overall running goal for the year to keep myself consistent. I’m running the Conquer 2020 Virtual Challenge with a goal of 1000 km for the year. It’s a fairly modest goal, but will keep me going out running and accountable for getting distance in each week. Adding to my medals will be a nice perk.
