Brokeheart Audio

Since I first heard it back in 2002, Strawberry’s Brokeheart Audio has been one of my favourite albums. It’s a wonderful, dreamy pop album that often gets its hooks in me.

Since I first heard it back in 2002, Strawberry‘s Brokeheart Audio has been one of my favourite albums. It’s a wonderful, dreamy pop album that often gets its hooks in me. If you’ve never heard Deirdre Smith’s incredible vocals, you’re in for a treat.

Half of the album is available on Bandcamp as Songs from “Brokeheart Audio”. An alternative take of the song “Nico Says” is available on Mile End. If you ever find a copy of the full album, give it a listen, because each track is a gem.

Sudden Foot Loss has a short video that talks about the band’s history and appeal, and touches on other releases from the band and its members.
