200 Sit-Up Challenge Week 1

I started the year doing a 100 push-up challenge and now I’m moving on to build up to 200 situps in a day. This time I’m using the app 0-200 Situps Abs Trainer to track and guide the program. I’m re-doing the 100 push-up program at the same time to keep those part of my habits.
