Tofu Bacon

The Poorcraft Cookbook is a wonderful comic book about preparing food frugally, and one of my favourite recipes from it is tofu bacon. This recipe produces flavourful, spicy slices that are delicious alone or topping plain rice, but can be thrown into dishes that would typically call for bacon.
