It was nice to have a return of the Wait, What? podcast this weekend. I felt so out of touch with the business side of comics and the weirdest manga titles without them regularly in my ears.
Celestine insisted on getting out the box of a Dungeons & Dragons board game and gathered up the dice she found inside. Later she delighted over some standees of monsters.
The new track from Ombiigizi, “Back At Me“, was a nice surprise today. It’s looser track than those found on the phenomenal album that came out last year, but is a delight.
I picked up the TTRPGs for Trans Rights in Florida bundle and noticed that there are quite a few solo journaling games included. I have a few others as well that I like and I was wondering if anyone would be interested in having a solo journaling club, where we pick a game each month and play through, sharing our journal, turning the solo journaling into epistolary play.
Ten years ago I collaged the table I now use as my work desk with clippings from magazines and comics. I’d eventually paint the table the green it is today, but for a while this was my work surface.
