I assume you mean natural rather than thoughtless and insincere glibness (glib’s such an uncertain word and I’ve never much cared for it, possibly because it reminds me of the Bee Gees). The author has an ease of writing that I really enjoy. He’s nearly entirely free of messy pretense and overflowing with real humour.
