Oh don’t get me wrong, I have nothing against vegetarianism. As far as I’m concerned it’s a personal choice. And as it so happens I’m eating a lot less meat than I was before, but some things you can’t use vegetable sustitutes. I mean a grilled steak or bbqed hamburger cannot be substituted by anything. Or well-prepared chicken.
Also I love seafood and generally hate tofu and beans, with several noteable exceptions.
