the return of the peasant

Well, I have returned.

Before I recount my time, I must say that the video for Sigur Ros’ “Untitled ” is beautiful… As is the new Matthew Good video for “In A World Called Catastrophy”… makes me wish more videos were made with vision, rather than(or even combined with) a need for profit. It’s also great to see anti-war imagery in so many videos…

Well, Nathan’s friend Robert visited for the past couple days since yesterday Nathan left his teens at last. We had a pretty cool couple of days… we played Risk, went to see Dare Devil and Old School(the former was great and the latter mediocre), had some A&W, bought a new router, and rampaged through Value Village (or Valu Village{said with French pronunciation} as Nathan renamed it) and played some air hockey(in which I soundly defeated all (one) oponent(s)).

So now we have the net working again, and as I said, have a brand new router. It’s a tiny Microsoft one that we’re finding to be very good.

I’ve spent the last few days, and much longer in lesser spurts, contemplating the future and I think I have made a decision about what I will do. More in another entry…
