I’ve noticed I have a bigger range of motion as I do sit-ups and I’ve been feeling good about the routine I’ve set for myself.

I’ve noticed I have a bigger range of motion as I do sit-ups and I’ve been feeling good about the routine I’ve set for myself. This week I had a day where I was getting over a cold that derailed things a little, but overall stayed consistent.
