200 Sit-Up Challenge Week 8

Today I wrapped up the 200 Sit-Up Challenge and I feel great with how it all went. I feel a modest increase in strength and flexibility after the 8 weeks, and I aim to continue with sit-ups alongside pushups in my weekly exercising.
