We visited the Oval today so Celestine could use rollerblades, a bike, and a scooter.

When I was a kid I visited an Egyptian exhibit at a museum in Ottawa. My souvenir from the experience was scarab beads that were lost some time after that.

This week I found the same beads again.

I picked up my race bib yesterday afternoon. I’m looking forward to doing my first in-person race in years, especially with the fun gimmick of having a live performance of Beethoven along the route.
