The hottest October day on record for Halifax is 25.8 °C in 1990. Tomorrow the forecast is predicting 26 °C. It definitely feels abnormally warm and dry this year. I don’t remember an October that felt like this.

I made a dirty soda with pumpkin spice coconut whipped cream on top of a cola.

For dinner I made a thick wild rice soup to pair with a loaf of olive sourdough bread and had a pumpkin spice dirty soda to complete the autumnal vibes.
