I downloaded a 6 song set that Collective Soul did in Atlanta last month… 3 of the songs were brand new ones that will be on the new album… All three sound great… They seem to be going for a heavier sound than Dosage and Blender… “Better”, “Follow” and “Counting The Days” are all great songs, if the live versions are any sign… I can’t wait for the new album! I’ll certainly be counting the days.
I’ve filled the past 3 days with mostly nothing… Like drifting around between things… I’ll try to break that tomorrow…
I miss Ashley a lot, of course… I tried to work against that some today by starting my “Wall of Ashley”… I just printed off some more photos of her and took one wall and started putting them up… I ran out of coloured ink not long into that so I decided to stop for now… I’ll pick up a new catridge so I can finish covering it… right now I only have 14 up… they’re very beautiful, though, and make my room a much better place. Being able to look over to that wall to see her is a nice comfort.
