We left after the test, like half the class… I hung out with Mark, Nathan and Janet for a while…
Then I came back here, worked on a program and then went downtown with Nathan…
We walked around to various places and eventually found No Records… I was able to buy the Strawberry album, Brokeheart Audio. I asked the guy working the counter about my online order and he said they’re just behind so I’ll be getting my other copy sometime soon… It’ll make a good christmas gift for someone…
This CD is beautiful… Deidre’s voice is really great… whispery and etheral… I don’t enjoy Scott’s vocals as much, but they do mix together nicely…
Spek is playing the Marquee Sunday night so Nathan and I want to go if Deidre is still touring with him… I haven’t been able to get an e-mail responce from her but hopefully she’ll be there… If not, seeing Spek will still be fun. We’ll skip The Rascalz 😛 It’ll be great if Deidre is there and we can hang out again, but at least Spek will recognize us. 😛
I’m really looking forward to the 25th when I get to meet TERRY BROOKS! 😀 It’s going to be so great to be in the same room as one of my favorite authors, not to mention having his new book personally autographed! 😀 This is so damn cool. I just need to pick up a copy of Morgawr before then… Janet might go with me, or possibly Ilea’s boyfriend Greg, since he lives on that campus…I should ask Sascha and Sarah to try to get into the city as well…
My parents will be coming here around 11:30 tomorrow for lunch and to drop things off…
I need to remember to buy a b-day present for Ilea…
