I’m not to sure I would want to be anywhere near you if SITS was happening. Although as long as I’m not the one to fall victum to them, It would be interesting to see. As for the taste testing part I was never really good at tests. But after 20 years of eating and tasting (I know I am addicted and currently trying to quit) I am a pro at it.
Someone had yet to nail me cooking with hard liquor, 🙂 but still the pictures kick ass. Or cooking pasta for that matter (Nick did all the cooking when he was with his ex, especially when came to cooking the Italian meals.) I don’t always refer to myself in the third person but that was a strong example of doing my own cooking.

I do all my own cooking, but it’s usually just easy stuff and not 2 hours or stew making… by the time I finished I was starving.
