Still Waiting

I’m waiting in a CS lab for the MSDN to open… somehow my sense of time is messed up. It’s only a little after 9? I must have set my alarm clock an hour ahead or something! I have to wait another half an hour before the MSDN office opens. Then I can hopefully get an XP CD and a CD key… If so I can have that installed by the end of the first two classes…

I really missed Ashley a lot last night. I’m so used to talking to her every night that it seems so empty without her. The night seemed far too long and wasted in a way.

What did I end up doing? I worked on my computer, formatted the harddrive so that I can install XP fresh on it today… Trimmed my nails… Listened to Hello Lisa then I watched a whole lot of the LotR extended DVD (or 4 DVD’s plus one bonus) with Nathan and watched more TV than I have in the past month.

One thing I’ve concluded is that TV is evil. I should never willingly watch it, because it’s mindless and eats time. Back to the tv-free life. 😛

I’m praying that everything will work out with this computer today. If not I’ll have quite a unfullfilling weekend if I can’t talk to Ashley more than half an hour on the phone. 🙁

Tonight at 6 I’ll be meeting Mom and my sister, Ilea, at Halifax Shopping Center. The original plan was that Dad would be stopping by for a few minutes to drop off mail before he goes to the Moosehead game with my uncle Larry. However, when I called last night the told me that they had a new plan of them all coming in so that Ilea and Mom can do some Christmas shopping.

I’m hoping to talk to Ashley before and after that, have everything reinstalled(eyeball, webcam and net stuff are the priority since I know I’ll want to talk to and see Ashley ASAP).

Wish me luck!
