THE BUS +BUCK 65

Thank the gods for the unexpected.

My original plan to drive to Enfield with my father and then catch another with my aunt and uncle fell through since they changed plans this morning. So we explored all options and finally settled on me catching a bus in Truro and getting to Halifax on that winding route.

So I’m writing up this entry in a cramped seat that barely allows me to type(my thumb has become the key-pressing digit).

The morning was uneventful, it was just taken up with eating, listening to music, and packing my lone bag.

I should be back at my apartment by 7. Then I’ll hit the mall so I can have the photos from the week Ashley was here developed.

I’ll be seeing the astounding Buck 65 in 5 hours at The Marquee. I’m looking forward to seeing him again a whole lot. He’s a truly gifted and important artist. We’ll have the only show here in Canada since he moved to Paris, how lucky am I to be seeing him headlining and doing 2 sets at last?

Fare well, it’s time to enjoy the bus ride.

So after I closed my laptop and stopped listening to music the girl sitting in the seat next to me started talking to me about my laptop, computers, and just stuff in general. We were both going to Halifax so we talked about what we’d be doing there. She asked to see photos of Ashley because I had been working on an image when she first sat with me. After about half an hour of this I mentioned where I went to highschool and who my sister was. I found out it was Nikki, a girl who had gone on our bus for a year back when I was attending BJHS. Ilea and her were sorta friends back there. It was odd that I didn’t recognize her until she told me her name, I really should have, even though it’s been a few years since I saw her last. Anyway, it was a cool surprise.

After I got off the bus I walked to a bus stop and came back here to my humble abode. No one’s home so all is silent.

2+ HOURS BEFORE BUCK 65 ARRIVES ON STAGE!!
