I hear the benefit was sold out. The fan below (Apollo) says he stood in line for hours and was turned away along with around 100 others. Sounds like what you need for a benefit though, so congratulations. Please read the email below and I’ll confirm with him that he can see/meet Rich on the 15th if that works.

He would love passes for the 15th and plans to attend the 5th on his own. He said Rich is up for best urban album and that the awards are “a pretty big deal in Halifax.” He’s not sure if I was pulling his leg about the 15th.
His name is Apollo Lemmon and he’ll have a plus one.
Thanks for this too—he’ll be good a giving props on other sites and sharing his experience which never hurts. I’ve gathered that other artists fanbases trust his recommendations, as far as music, so hopefully he’ll always turn new people on to Rich. I’m being sincere in what I’m typing here—don’t want to make him sound like a prop. Great to hook up the genuine folks with a little extra.
