After the exam I went downtown. First I went to a couple book stores and then to the comic shop where I got the newest issue of Gloom Cookie. I then proceded to Freak Lunchbox where I got a pound of chocolate coated soy and coffee beans. They are the greatest candy there is.
I wandered around a bit before walking up to Kara’s to get my hair cut. It was a spur of the moment thing, but I think the results are decent. I didn’t have it cut much, just a couple inches, but it does feel like my head is lighter and my hair a bit less messy. Perhaps I’ll actually get dreads someday so I won’t have to cut my hair and just grow 6 foot long locks. 😉
After that I walked home. On the way here I ran into someone who was in residence with me last year. That was almost amusing.
The coffee beans have made me rather awake.

nice hair. =) how do you get your pics to have that lovely blue tint. i was messing around with photoshop and accidentally turned one of my pics purple and i liked how it looks, but i’m not sure how i did it. lol what do you use?

I use the “raster layer”tool and use a color filter… then I just paint over that with whatever color I want.

i haven’t *cut* my hair since i was 9 and i’m 17 now – i’ve only had it trimmed 😛
its a little bit outa control….like…three feet long and counting (i measured for the fun of it a few weeks ago…lol)

my friend james dreded his hair..he has this super super curly hair – and it was soooo cute…then he dreded it….and yeah..it looked really cool – hehe – he even named on of his dreds (after himself) its name was james
the scary thing was that the dred actually LOOKED like a person – and he refered to it in coversation – lol
it had two arms, two legs a head and a little torso
when we cut his hair off after school one day…we *tried* to comb out the dreds – but ended up having to cut off quite a bit of them – so we put gave james his mini self and he keeps it in his locker
it kinda freaks me out….lol

lol I had shaved hair until about grade 7. After that I started growing it out and I won’t be cutting it ever again other than to trim a couple inches off. I love long hair now. I don’t think I could return to short ever again.
I wanted dreads for years, and then I got to like my current hair a lot. Now I’m thinking of it again.
Now his dreads sound scary…
