Yesterday I was talking to Ashley when the phone line died. I thought nothing of it. Maybe it was just a temporary thing. I had seen the phone truck eariler when I went for a bike ride.

It turned out that the line was dead until just an hour or so ago. I had no way to get online or even phone Ashley until now. It was really quite depressing to not be able to talk to her. An entire day seems far too long now. Hopefully we’ll be able to talk a little soon.

I spent most of the evening reading and attempting not to be bored.

I have to help my father with some yard work later on today. Maybe I can convince him to drill a hole for the network connection though. That’d make things easier for me as far as getting online goes.

I miss you Ashley. I’ll be looking forward to talking to you very much. I love you with all my heart.
