This afternoon I went biking. I decided to do down an old woods road that my grandmother used to take me for walks on. I have some very fond memories of those times, and with the very few I’ve retained of her, I treasure it greatly. It’s so beautiful and calm to travel on a road surrounded completely by trees. Off to one side of this road there is a beautiful cliff covered in trees with a great brook running below it. I love wandering down it and enjoying the subtle and obvious beauties it contains at once. I keep returning to it when I feel the need to get away from the house and have some calm. I hope Ashley and I can go biking there when she comes, because I’m sure she would enjoy it.
Sadly, that may be a week or two later than we expected. I’m looking forward to seeing her so very much, and any extra days will only stretch out the anticipation. Any wait is worth it to be with my wonderful apple girl.
Time to read and sleep. Goodnight.

out of all the people on my friends’ list, your entries just give me this immense sort of comfort feeling everytime i read them. most of my friends’ entries are all so much drama, and yours just sort of makes me relax. i thank you. you are very good with words, my friend. š
Thank you very much. I am always glad that anyone would think highly of my entries. I’m glad they give you comfort.
Places like that are always the best thing to go to. Unfortunatly my favourite place is in Switzerland so it is a wee bit expencive to get to it š
And you are right any wait is worth it for a loved one.
That’s no good that your favorite place is so far away! When I’m a wealthy saviour we’ll all have to go visiting there.
