I worked and then returned home. Ilea and I ordered some pizza, half donair for her and half Hawaiian for myself. When we went to pick up the pizza we stopped in at Leba’s store to rent a video. After browsing we finally found a film we both hadn’t seen, Signs.
I downloaded the new A Perfect Circle song from Thirteenth Step, “Weak and Powerless” during dinner today. It sounds similar to their previous work, but is definitely a step forward. I will definitely be picking up the new album the week it comes out, and I’ll be hoping I can see the band, with its new line up, in a live setting for this tour.

Now I’m watching Signs. So far it seems quite good…
Yes, that movie really was well done. It seemed to balance out its elements, though it was a bit predictable. It’s worth renting, for sure.

no that movie is dumbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb how can you like that and not fd2?!
It didn’t seem dumb to me. I didn’t really dislike FD2, but it had some seriously lame moments itself (i.e. boy’s limb ending).
yeah, i can’t wait for the new A Perfect Circle album to come out. i absolutely adore them.
Yeah, they are great. For some reason, though, I have to be in a certain mood to be able to listen to them much… I love their music but listen to them less than most of my favourites.
i liked signs til the end and then i thought it sucked, just cause of that. but maybe i just didnt get it.
I believe I understood the ending well, but it did seem predictable.
I’m only a miniversion of what could be a A Perfect Circle fan, but did you hear…
James Iha joined up ::nodnod::
Yeah, I did hear that. Sounds like it should be an interesting tour with him. I’m not sure he will be working on the next studio album, though.
