Five by Five
Quickly, without giving it too much thought, write down five things you can see from where you are sitting. Now, tell us five things about each of those five things.

My laptop
– It is grey with blue trim.
– Currently it’s running Firefox, Metapad and Trillian.
– It’s currently set at 1680 x 1050 resolution.
– On the right edge are media player buttons that I enjoy using with Winamp.
– On this laptop I’m typing this up and typing to Alisha.

A microwave
– It’s black.
– It is the Diplomat model and was made by a company named Danby.
– It is not plugged in.
– I use another, smaller microwave to cook with.
– It was once used for hotel guests to heat up things during the breakfast buffets.

A lake
– The lake is called Chocolate Lake.
– It’s currently frozen and covered with snow.
– There are homes around it and this hotel beside it.
– It seems to be safe to swim in.
– A provocative photo shoot was held on it several weeks ago.

A milk dispensing machine
– The machine is silver and has a French milk add on the front.
– It is sitting on the floor.
– One of the two dispenser levers has been broken off.
– It looks capable of holding 40 L of milk.
– It reminds me of a similar machine that was at my elementary school.

A coffee maker
– This coffee maker is rather small, able to make only 2-4 cups.
– It was made by Toastmaster
– It is unplugged and looks like it has not been used in a while.
– The top of the pot has scorch marks.
– Inside the machine looks very clean, with no mineral buildup.

  1. I didn’t find out much else about the photo shoot. She was blond, wearing an incredibly short skirt and posing, doing everything but stripping in the snow.

I may have to have some coffee soon myself. I’ve bee having that glorious tea instead.

My frizzle Alishizzle is in tha hizzle fo shizzle!
