Well, I’m back at Dal now. It’s really rather nice to be here again. As much as I enjoy going home and spending time with my family, it’s better to be on my own. It’s not nearly as boring here as there.
I finished the Sandman graphic novel on the drive here. It ended on a high note. When Death was introduced I could see where the real greatness of the comic comes from. It was a much more personal, introspective and entertaining story than the earlier ones. “24 Hours” was particularly creepy though. I’ll have to get the other volumes eventually.
There really isn’t much else to tell about my day. It was mostly uneventful.
My room is freezing, as is outside. The high today was 2′ C! That’s COLD!
Tomorrow is supposed to be the same. π
I have not started the Matthew Good book, At Last There Is Nothing Left To Say, yet. I borrowed it from Nathan last week but I haven’t taken the time to read it yet. π Soon, though. π
Damn, it’s cold.
“No one should brave the underworld alone…”

I tried one Sandman graphic novel (A Game Of You) and just could not get into it. I like the novels that Gaiman has written, and enjoyed the “Books Of Magic” collection I read, but I could just never get into Sandman ..
yeah… I have to get American Gods eventually…. sounds very much like Charles de Lint though….
