I support and use sema‘s client.
Well, I’m posting with the Semagic client for the first time. It seems really good. I like it much more than the other windows client.
I talked to and saw Ashley quite a lot today. š That was really nice… She is so amazing…
I had a house meeting today, the last of the year… this past 8 months as gone by so fast… it’s really scary in a way to see how quickly life is going. In two weeks I will be halfway through my very last exam. By this time the next day I will be back at my parents’ house. I’m going to miss Halifax so much! I’ll be starting work shortly after that, possibly the Wednesday, since I’ll want to relax, unpack and set up my room then. It’s going to be quite a change, I think. I’ll try not to go mad in the isolation involved in living in the sticks for the next 4 months ;). It’ll give me more insentive to read and get some writing done though, I hope. I’ll be working from 8 or 9 in the morning to 4 or 5 in the afternoon 4-5 days a week with the weekends off. š It’s really a great job and I’m very glad to be getting it back.
I’m still not sure what room I’ll be getting when I go home. Either my old room or the rec-room in the basement. I’m hoping for the later since then I’ll have a much cooler place to sleep, more room and more privacy(ie, everyone else staying upstairs most of the time). I’ll just need to have a phoneline down there so I can get on the net. grr to
Ah, I have to clear my walls of posters soon, packup most of my stuff(I’m hoping to send most of it home with my dad before my final exam so that I won’t have to worry about it)… that’ll be fun š
So the next two weeks will be very hectic for me, finishing school stuff up (see this). Blah.
And, for those of you who care about my musical obsessions, this weekend it’s been Heather Nova, Gowan, Goo Goo Dolls, Marvelous 3 and Swirl 360.
