Collective Soul is and forever shall be my favorite band… I’m in that CS obsession mode right now… When in need of therepy, Ed’s words are the first place I should turn… there is no other artist alive that has had as much impact on my life as he has. Without fail I can count on this music to help me balance and reevaluate… it’s great how it works… I owe Collective Soul so much for helping me to get through almost every mental anguish I’ve had in the last 7 years. It’s my therepy…
I was talking to my friend Sascha last night about music, politics and some other things… It was a great reminder of a year ago at highschool, when we were able to talk every day about those very same things… now I have a feeling we might be able to actually make one thing we talked about a reality… we discussed how we’d go about putting together a band… Sascha can sing(he was in chior in highschool) and play guitar… and I’m going to learn guitar or bass and possibly do some singing… and we’ll also need a famale vocalist… and the rest of the band, but we do have connections… If all works out and we get the apartment next year(Sascha, Nathan and I, all being big music fans), we’ll work on making some music(and teaching me to play :-P) in our spare time… it all promises to kick ass… even if it doesn’t work out, it’ll be a lot of fun… plus I’m sure we can get Mark’s help with setting up some recording equipment or use his home studio(he records various songs with his friend, mostly punk, though he did do some Irish, rock and other stuff). So some day you may be able to say you were one of the few to know the famous Apollo Lemmon, rockstar. 😉

I’m dead serious, I used to tell people that my grandpa was jack lemmon….haha, people are stupid so they didn’t realize it was spelled differently 🙂

Well, it’s nice to know someone else is inflicted with a last name similar to mine… did you ever get picked on because of it when you were a kid? Combine that with having red hair and you’re doomed socially until you reach highschool. lol
yeah….”lemon-head” is what I got a lot…and I was like, oh, how original…never heard that one before!! hahaah! people are stupid, yeah, I was a fat kid, team that with lemon! lol! 🙂 it was miserable until I lost 40 pounds and got cute! 🙂
