I’ve become addicted to the song “A Thousand Miles” by Vanessa Carlton. Having seen the video every time I turn on MMM has made it grow on me. Could be the piano… those certainly have entered more and more into my music library in the past few months…
It’s been raining all day so far… so no work for me today. 🙂 I slept until 11 and then decided it was time to finally crawl out of bed…
My posters seem to enjoy diving from my walls now. My Siouxsie and the Banshees’ “Dear Prudence” LP sleeve and a Tolkien poster are the biggest offenders. And the 10 photos of Ashley are still sitting fine upon my ceiling… and the 4 X 5 ft “Stairway to Heaven” poster never has fallen in the 7 months I’ve had it 😛
Yay, my folks and sister won’t be home until 9pm… so I’ll have a nice relaxing afternoon… though Ilea will likely try to hog the phone line when she gets home 🙁
Tomorrow afternoon will be a family reunion bbq thing like we always seem to have every few months. It’s for a cousin Amy that I don’t think I’ve ever met, and if I have I was too young to remember it. It’ll be cool to see everyone though… especially my cousin Hailey… she’s walking and talking now… I envy Ilea who gets to babysit her often, since she’s such a cute baby.
