This is the text so far for my About Me page:

Me

This is just going to be a very random section about me. I’ve never been very good at writing about myself but I’ll make an attempt.
My given name is Apollo Isaac Lemmon. Nearly everyone calls me Apollo. I was born on December 10, 1982 in the small hospital in Middle Musquodoboit. For 18 years after that I lived in the community of Dean, Nova Scotia, Canada with my parents and sister, Ilea. It’s located about an hour and a half’s drive from Halifax and half an hour from Truro. I attended Upper Stweicake Elementary, Brookfield Junior High and South Colchester High School in that time.
In the fall of 2001 I moved to Halifax, where I began my first year attending classes at Dalhousie University as a Computer Science major. Currently I live in Halifax from September to April and in Dean from May to August. In the summers I am employed as a groundskeeper by Archibald Drilling and Blasting (1986) Inc.
I have a few interests which occupy most of my time. Each is very important to me and I am very passionate about them.
I’m a music junkie above all. I’m constantly listening to music, discovering and rediscovering new artists and generally enjoying as much music as possible. I listen to music in the rock genre, mostly, though I have a very diverse taste, as my CD collection link below will show you. A very short list of my favorites includes Collective Soul, Poe, Elastica, Matthew Sweet, Smashing Pumpkins, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Tom Cochrane, Live, Virgos Merlot, Sandbox, Rush, Tea Party, Shawn Mullins, Delirium, Nickelback, Marvelous 3, M2M, Tori Amos, Elastica, Our Lady Peace, Big Sugar, The Creatures, Mogwai, A Perfect Circle, Gowan, Lisa Loeb, Chantal Kreviazuk, Collide, Sneaker Pimps, Kidney Thieves, and Everclear.

I also enjoy reading very much. I usually read fantasy, urban fantasy and a small selection of comics and graphic novels. My favorite authors include J.R.R. Tolkien, Terry Brooks, Charles de Lint, Terry Goodkind, Robert Asprin, Mark Z. Danielewski, Irene Radford, Elizabeth H. Boyer, Mike Jefferies, Anne McCaffrey, Tanya Huff, Terry Moore and Richard & Wendy Pini.
I write a lot in my spare time. The largest portion of this is poetry, though I have several long prose works at various stages of completion. Most of my stories are urban fantasy, fantasy and related sub-genres. I’d like to think of myself as a storyteller but I have some difficulty with finding the time and proper moods to write. I know I have far to go before I can feel competent with my writing.
Some other hobbies and passtimes of mine are photography, hiking/walking, rune casting & divination, collecting various visual artwork and web design(this site should be some indication, since it’s been around in some form for 5 or 6 years).

My Love
In October 2001 I met the most wonderful, beautiful and absolutely perfect person I will ever meet, Ashley. Since then we’ve had a constantly deepening and meaningful relationship. From the start we’ve had a tremendous amount in common. She is the one person I feel able to tell and talk about absolutely anything.
I’m not sure when I first realized I was in love with her, but the moment I did I knew it was as real as is possible. It’s hard to put into words just how much I care about her, always long to be with her, wish to hear her voice again and that I would do absolutely anything for her.
Ashley has inspired me more than I could ever have expected in every aspect of my life. On this site the most obvious influence is in my writings, which have become much more meaningful and easier to write since I met her. The vast majority of the writings I have done since the fall of 2001 were inspired in some way by my relaionship with Ashley.
