Another day of work… 9 hours…
One of my employers(the president’s wife) and her daughter(the one who is to be married on the grounds I keep in a month) were there in the afternoon and seemed very impressed with the work I’ve done. That makes me feel useful, at least. Evn though I know I’ll have it looking much better for the wedding it was still nice to have it affirmed that I’m doing a good job. I got a drive home with Lucy today and I’ll get one to amd from work with Elenor tomorrow.
Ilea has Greg(her boyfriend) here tonight… We were thinking of getting movies but I don’t think I will since Ashley is back 😀
I had some great brownies at lunch. Donna always brings us wonderful desserts every Thursday to eat with our take-out. 🙂
If I can get my grades high enough this year I think I’ll enter the co-op program at Dal and see if I can get a job placement in Georgia or a state nearby so that I’ll be able to be closer to Ashley for a few months. If that could happen it’d be really great.
I’ve been stealing my dad’s CD’s this past week… Last night I took the two Wallflower ones. I like them a lot more now than I did when I first listened to them… Jacob certainly has that same musical gift as his father.
😀 My aunt Lucy has promised me her old stereo and turntable… I hope I’ll have room in the apartment for it… I also have the word out for a blender. I want to be able to have breakfast milkshakes! 😉
