A Good Day :D

Today was certainly a very nice day.

I talked with Ashley in the afternoon…. My cousin Clara May, aunt Marie and Clara May’s daughter Rachel visited for a while and I played dominoes with them…then Sarah called to say she and Sascha would be coming to visit… I had given her directions last night but forgot that there is no sign telling the name of the road I live on so they got lost for a while. Half-way though dinner they finally got here… I finished up eating and then we came down here to my room to talk and let them look at my walls lol Sarah was especially interested in the Tolkien and Led Zeppelin ones. Sascha thought the frame I have a photo of Ashley in was “stylin'” We sat around and talked for a couple hours and then played a game of HeroQuest 😀 I made a quick move of all the furnature so that Sarah and I could sit on the bed, Sascha on the couch and have a table between… I was surprised how easy it was to do….. I hardly ever get to play HQ so that was nice… We kept talking and joking while playing and it was very fun… We’re too much alike it seems, sometimes… always agreeing and laughing at the inside jokes… They’re really great people, the sort I’d trust with my life and sanity. Sarah and I are really into Tori Amos so we put on From The Chior Girl Hotel for Sascha since he hadn’t heard her before. We talked a lot about music, books and movies, of course. Sascha was really impressed with the Terami CD that she sent him… The eventually had to leave so after giving Sarah my copy of The Odyssey I said goodbye and saw them to the door…
I came online to talk to Ashley once they were gone. 😀 She’s so amazing…I talked to her for a few hours before writing this… and now it’s time to sleep
