3,000 word essay on “The myth of divine kingship is the principle of Egyptian culture.” Anyone know of any good sites I could look at for reference?
Next term I can write an essay on Apollo and how great he is. How brilliant is that?
All tomorrow will be dedicated to writing the damn essay. :-/
Somedays I wish I had some skill like singing, writing, drawing or playing guitar so I could give up on the acedemic torture and just do something creative with my time.
The whole “war” and the Bush administration is sickening. It’s all about power and wealth to them. The Iraqi people will suffer as much under American control as under Sadam. Just a different tyrant in good ‘ole dubya.
What makes me even more disgusted is how people do nothing to stop him. It’s something like what happened in Germany, right? You just ignore injustices until it gets out of hand. It’s revolution time, my friends.
Or maybe Canada can invade and burn the whitehouse again. Or at least the puppet who pretends to control it.

I should sleep. I’ll be waking up early to work on the essay. Yay
Boiled peanuts sound interesting. My girlfriend was telling me about them and showed me some… I must try making them since they aren’t available in cans here.
Vanilla Coke has grown on me. If only it was Vanilla Pepsi, then I’d drink it all the time. Coke is too flat for me.
I’m enjoying my Hello poster on my wall. It hangs above my computer desk and makes arson seem appealing.
Next to it is the framed photo that Poe signed and wrote “!Apollo Rules!” on, so that the world can know it’s true.
Above that are photos of my girlfriend… on the other wall there are Smashing Pumpkins, Collective Soul, Tolkien and misc. art posters.
Someday I’ll have to take them all down when I start traveling the world to preach my gospel. Then I’ll have to roll them up and bury them like secret treasure, pirate booty to which only the most trustworty will have a map.
My books, CD’s, stereo, large computer stuff, comics and wonderful 70’s speakers will all be in the gound as well.
The rest goes with me in a backpack and a suitcase.
I seriously wish I could do that. If I had the money I would. Just travel the continent collecting my disciples from all around and writing it all down for a better, modern On The Road.
I need to find a copy of that book soon. It’s on my Christmas list.
