Anyone here in Halifax know the number of a cab company I could call to get to the airport on Sunday or Monday?
At 2:00 I went to Dal to Give Mark one of my text books so that he can study from it tonight… I talked with him and Mike for a while before deciding to go downtown. I went to Strange Adventures and picked up a couple issues of Strangers In Paradise and Gloom Cookie. Then I went to a book store where I got More Maritime Mysteries by Bill Jessome for my Mom. I hope she’ll enjoy it. It’s a book of stories(largely ghost stories) from here in Nova Scotia and the other maritime provinces. I also got the last part of my gifts for Ashley on my journey, so now all my Christmas shopping is done. 🙂
Dinner, then Study-Study!

There are any number of cab companies that will get you to the airport, in fact I think pretty much any cab company will. They’ll all be pretty expensive, though.
Not sure how much it costs, or how often it runs, but there’s an airport shuttle bus that leaves and arrives at the Lord Nelson Hotel. That might be another option.
Ok, thanks. I’ll try to find out about that.
There’s a bus that will take you there and back for less than a quarter of the price of a cab (a cab is about $40 one way, the bus $10 one way). Their number is 902-873-2091.
Actually, for more info on the bus, you can go here too:

Thanks! Do you know where I’d get the ticket though?
I’ve never taken it myself, so I don’t really know. Best bet would be to call them and ask.
