well in the parts of canada ive spent good amounts of time in ~mostly toronto-surronding areas & montreal-surronding areas~
they never really enforce any anti “maryj” laws anyways. Ppl were so free to just light up a bowl in the car or on their porch right there in public or even walking down the street. They said that the cops didn’t really care or ever do anything about it anyways.
~I think it’s good if cops are spending their time on more important things than a cpl kids smoking a bowl… but that’s my personal opinion of course.
Yeah, this change in the laws protects the harmless user and allows more effort to be put on trafficers and dealers, since the courts won’t be clogged with normal people.
