I got an e-mail this week from Serena Valentino, creator of Gloomcookie and Nightmares and Fairytales. I had received one last year, but my friend April just sent her one recently and mentioned that I had introduced her to it.

Hello!
Squishy thanks to you and your friend Apollo! It’s kinda funny, I have a
character named Apollo in this horror graphic novel I am currently working
on!
Anyhoo thanks so much for the yummy email!
Squishings,
Serena

I need to hunt down the comics from both series that I don’t have yet… it’s really an enjoyable comic.

Off to classes… then I will likely go mail the package for Ashley… then more classes…

  1. d00d, Gloom Cookie rocks my socks. I read it once at my friend Steve’s house…I should hunt down Nightmares and Fairytales. The style is so yummy.
