I had a first-hand encounter with Karl Lagerfeld in my
neighborhood in Paris recently. That’s King Karl, the Kaiser. He
was close enough to lick. I was totally awe-stricken. He was a
dashing figure to behold indeed. I felt like a scoundrel, just being
in his radius.
I want to say hi and thanks to everyone who came out to see me
at the recent jaunt around Europe. Lots of laughs. It was extra
nice being joined by my old cronies Scratch Beezley, Kunga 219
and Josh Martinez in Brighton and Zurich. It was just like old
times, which isn’t always necessarily a good thing. But on these
nights – aside from a bit of foot odor – it was all love.
Just as a little fart in the face, 2003 is shaping up to be a silly
year. I’m talkin’ silly fresh. I’m silly with the rubber boots…
Anyway,
it’s starting to look like I’ll be touring like a carnival freak, so
sooner than later I’ll be seeing most of you. Keep an eye peeled
for me. Feed the dog. Come see the old man and bring me a
treat.
Remember ‘Spam’ by Ad-Rock and Milk? Holy…
I’m trying to find a car for my dad. Top choice would be a ’63 Ford
Galaxy hardtop. A close second would be another ’63, the Buick
Riviera. If you have any leads for me, I’d appreciate it.
