Hurray for artists that actually e-mail their fans personally. Ms. Ellen Reid just e-mailed me in response to an order I made for a CD in January:
Hi Apollo,
I sent out your cd (signed) on the 21st. If you have not received it by middle of this week let me know. I did receive y our payment. If you don’t get it by, say, Wednesday, write me back and you can either get a refund, or I’ll send you another copy. The Canadian Postal System at it’s brilliant best, again, methinks.
