“And I will always remember you, and I will always wish upon a star for you”
So, I have some homework to do today, and that’s about all… True excitement, no?
In my planning for next year I’ve had an interesting option shown to me. My friend Mark has worked at the IWK for a couple years and has really enjoyed his time there. He suggested I could get a job as a “data entry monkey”.
Here’s what he e-mailed in response to being informed of my plans:
Well, it’s your decision. But I’ll be honest, you never were a CS student in my mind. You always seemed sort of stuck where you didn’t belong — like me in an arts program, I guess. I can definitely see you writing though, since you seem to do it non-stop and obviously like it so much. Why don’t you consider taking a few courses at King’s? They’re mainly devoted to journalism, but I could see you there. You could get a segment in a newspaper exposing bad deals and products, called “It’s a Lemmon” or something. =)
I hope things work out for you and Ashley. Make sure you get a job in the city during your year off, and apply at the IWK. Great pay, satisfying jobs. Seriously.

Hmm I never thought of working at the IWK. Lord knows that I have spent enough time there. I wouldn’t mind working there.
Yes I remember See spot Run, Lucy being my favourite song 🙂
Yeah, I’m really considering working at the IWk since I know Mark enjoys it very much and it does help kids.
See Spot Run is great… Terrified if my favorite of their singles.
