Mother’s Day

Happy Mothers’ Day to those mothers on my friends list!

So far today I haven’t done a lot… Wished my mother happy m-day, made breakfast and worked on the My Disciples page, which will soon be done.

In the land of books I’m about half done The Wood Wife by Terri Windling. It’s really quite good and is in the same vein as Charles de Lint’s Newford stories.

I haven’t been keeping the proper reading pace, but I have done more writing (the writing may have to be discarded though). I hope to finish the first part of a new story very soon.

We’ll be taking our mother out to dinner tonight (to a chinese resturant, I assume, though my father made reservations).

I have a bunch of stamps. Would anyone like a letter? I know I’ll be writing one for Ashley, and sending a CD to Wanda soon.

  1. I would love a letter! I was actually planning to write you a letter since you posted your address the other day. I’m crazy about letter-writing. So much nicer (though a bit more time-consuming) than e-mails.

Have a great day and I hope your mum has a wonderful Mother’s Day! *hugs*

    1. 🙂 Ok, I’ll put you on my list of people to write. Unless you’d like to send yours first and then I could reply to it (I’m quite terrible at coming up with conversational writing off the top of my head, so be warned).

Thanks, I hope you have a great day too. 🙂

      *hugs*
