New Look + Screw Help

[ Frozen Truth . com ]

Tonight I pieced together a new look for Frozen Truth . com. I like it so far, but I’m still pulling at its seems looking for ways I can improve it. If you’d like to take a look and tell me what you think I’d appreciate it.

I need help and advice for a rather frustrating problem I have. My Nomad Jukebox Zen Xtra has a new hard drive on the way (the one that came with it died) and I need to open up a back pannel that is held closed with some precision screws (the really tiny ones). I bought a kit of screw drivers for the job but even with the proper tools I can’t get the screws to budge. Can anyone tell me what I can do to make the screws turn? I’m quite desperate to get the contraption open, so anything at all that can help would be welcome. Are there any experts on electronics or screws out there?

  1. Try taking it to any decent electronics store, and chances are, they’d be willing to loosen the screws for you for free. I know Radioshack tends to do it, but I don’t know how many other places would.

  2. I love you.

    Where have you been?

My parents are awaiting a phone call from you. Hopefully, just a few more weeks until I can be there. I know I will be very excited if it all goes well! πŸ˜€

    1. I love you Ashley.

I’ve been around here mostly. Yesterday I went to see a movie with Nathan (since he works at a theatre now), The Incredibles.

Let me know when it’s best to give them a call and I’ll try to find a good time. I really hope things will work out.

  3. Very pretty new format, Apollo.

I have no advice on screws. I’m the sort that takes a knife-tip and some WD-40 to screws that won’t budge; very crude and very unlike the mental picture you probably have of “delicate” little me.

I do wish you luck with the screws, though.

    *hugs*
