well, it just shows…maybe technology got “better” but it sure is CHEAP. I mean, before you could buy a tv and it would last 30 years…a repairman would come to your house. Now you buy a tv for 300 bucks and you have to send it away for 50+ bucks to some weird place, wait 4 weeks, yadda yadda…they don’t last! like 2-5 years and you need a new tv haha. same for vcrs, dvd players…sure, might be costing less and less but they break so easily…hm
It all comes down to profit. The more sold, the higher the profit margin. We don’t exactly punish them for making poor quality products, just buy new ones.

I’m not a big fan of them myself. However, I’m also not a big fan of the over-priced iPod. Give me a Nomad anyday. Seriously, my old one broke.
