For a while now I’ve been trying to figure out who someone reminds me of. One of the girls who works at the corner store I frequent has always seemed somehow familiar to me but not in a way I could recognize. Tonight we introduced ourselves as I was checking out and after that she said, “Well, I’m happy to serve you with your juice and chips.” (I had rice chips and apple juice.) Though her appearance is quite different, the way she said it held the same half-mad tone and manner I associate with Tori Amos. Walking here I was bemused by the odd connection.

I think you have a look all your own, but I can see some similrities with those two.
Rice cakes and chips are quite nice. I had caramel ones tonight and the two nights before. I may be getting hooked.
speaking of people you recognize, do you remember an alisha from your grade? Not Alisha Altass (or however you spell it), but another girl. Anyways, she was taking a smoke break at Purdy’s wharf and we kept looking at each other like we knew each other. Finally she said, “Are you Apollo’s sister?”, so even though I don’t really remember her all that much, I thought you might.
Dang, you made me get out my yearbooks. The only Alisha I could find was an Alisha Cobham from Greg’s grade and I don’t think I knew her. Now I’m quite puzzled. If you see her again could you ask her last name?
I haven’t seen her since. she was rather plain, dark blond hair. I really can’t think of anything distinguishing about her. Maybe it was another “A” name. I’ll go look in my year book and see if I can find her.
Hmm… odd. It wasn’t Amanda was it?
it was alisha cobham. she probably just knew you because you were so famous.
Alright. It’s weird being famous.
I love you Apollo..
:-\ Tell Alisha that I miss her and love her very much.
I love you Ashley. I’ll be sure to tell her.
Everyone from high school remembers me for my hair and the Jesus thing. It’s really odd.
I really enjoy the caramel ones, but haven’t yet had apple ones. I must look for those. I’m glad you’ve rediscovered them. š
Yeah, I’ve been eating the Quaker ones. I’ll check for them when I go for groceries next.
