Those four ceramic statues were hand painted by a Nova Scotian artist named Jan Blair. She’s an old lady who’s a big sci-fi and fantasy fan who hand paints many such things. Until several years ago she did it entirely by herself, producing beautiful pieces at a small gift shop at Hidden Falls, a sort of tourist attraction she owns. Well, it looks like she did really lovely work. I tend to be picky when it comes to dragons, but that one is gorgeous. Thanks for the extra info : )
